Description
Die Kornblume liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Tübingen, am oberen Ende der Haaggasse, nur wenige Schritte entfernt vom historischen Markplatz hinter dem Rathaus. Seit nunmehr 40 Jahren ist sie bekannt für ihren gesunden und leckeren vegetarischen Mittagstisch sowie den dazugehörigen Bioladen im urigen Gewölbe. Neben vegetarischem Mittagstisch, mit wechselnder Wochenkarte, bieten wir Ihnen selbst-gemachte Suppen, verschiedene Salate und Bratlinge an. Dazu servieren wir Ihnen gerne frisch gepresste Säfte, Tee und Kaffee. Genießen Sie Ihr Essen in schönem Ambiente. Im Naturkostladen der Kornblume kann man sich die leckeren Zutaten auch für zuhause mitnehmen.

There is a vegetarian, sometimes vegan lunch menu. However, the owner refuses on principle to label her dishes as vegetarian or vegan on the menu. So if you want to be informed about allergens (milk, eggs) or follow a vegan diet, you always have to ask the kitchen separately. Only then will you find out whether there is a suitable dish at all. This is cumbersome, unnecessary and out of date.

The food in the Imbiss didn‘t taste good as expected after paying high price. I wouldn‘t recommend to get lunch there if you are a foody and looking for a rich taste.

My favorite snack in Tübingen. Always freshly cooked vegetarian lunch with a constantly changing menu and freshly squeezed juices. In summer I love to sit outside and watch the goings-on in Haaggasse. We recommend!
